New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat kidney cancer

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called ivonescimab to see if it can help control advanced kidney cancer that has continued to grow despite prior treatments. It will involve about 40 adults whose cancer has a clear cell component and has spread or cannot be surgically removed. The main goals are to see if the drug shrinks tumors, controls the disease for at least 24 weeks, and is safe for patients.
