NCT ID NCT06940518
Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called ivonescimab to see if it can help control advanced kidney cancer that has continued to grow despite previous treatments. It will involve about 40 adults whose cancer has a clear cell type and has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to see if the drug shrinks tumors and controls the disease for at least 24 weeks, while closely monitoring side effects.
