New hope for aggressive brain tumors: drug trial opens

Summary

This study tests a drug called ivonescimab in people whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has come back after standard treatment. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks if that dose can help control the cancer. About 45 adults with recurrent glioblastoma will take part.
