New study aims to find gentler fertility treatment for PCOS patients

Summary
This study compares two fertility treatments for women with severe PCOS: conventional ovarian stimulation (cOS) and in vitro maturation (IVM). The goal is to see which causes less pain, fewer side effects, and better quality of life. About 64 women will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments and will complete questionnaires at several time points.
