Summary
This study looked at 57 French cystic fibrosis patients aged 6 and older with a G551D mutation who were taking Ivacaftor. Researchers wanted to see if the drug remains effective and safe outside of clinical trials, in everyday medical practice. They measured lung function, hospital stays, and antibiotic use over one year.
