Summary

This early study tests the drug ivacaftor in 20 adults with chronic sinusitis and gram-negative bacteria that didn't get better with standard treatment. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can improve sinus symptoms and quality of life. Participants will take the drug for 30 days and complete questionnaires about their symptoms.
