First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at how the body handles a single 50 mg dose of the drug ITF2357 in people with chronic liver disease compared to healthy volunteers. 24 adults took part to measure drug levels and safety. The goal was to understand if liver problems change how the drug works, not to treat the liver condition itself.
