Can a smartphone app help people with schizophrenia better understand their abilities?

NCT ID NCT07098169

Summary

This study is testing a 12-week program called iTEST, which combines daily exercises on a mobile device with personal coaching. The goal is to help adults with schizophrenia or similar conditions improve their ability to accurately judge their own skills, which may help them function better in daily life. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the iTEST program or a different coaching and training program for comparison.
