Summary

This study tests a new drug called itepekimab in Japanese adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that are not well controlled by standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink polyps and improve nasal congestion over 52 weeks. About 20 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor safety and effectiveness.
