Summary
This study tests whether taking itacitinib pills before CAR-T cell therapy can improve outcomes for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 27 adults will receive the combination to see if it helps control the disease longer. The goal is to reduce severe side effects and improve progression-free survival.
