First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug, isunakinra, added to an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) in 20 people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The cancer must have certain genetic features (MSS, TMB-H, KRAS mutation). The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. Researchers will monitor safety and how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
