This study looked at the best length of time to hold an isometric (static) exercise to help people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers tested different hold times to see which one improved muscle strength, reduced pain, and made daily activities easier. The study involved 127 adults aged 40-65 with knee osteoarthritis.
