Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called ISM5939 in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 159 participants will receive the drug alone or in combination with other therapies.
