NCT ID NCT06414460
Summary
This is the first study in humans testing a new drug called ISM3412 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers will give increasing doses to about 80 participants to find the safest amount and see how the body processes the drug. The main goals are to check for side effects and look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
