New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is the first study in people testing a new drug called ISM3412 for advanced solid tumors that have spread or can't be removed by surgery. Researchers will give increasing doses to 80 participants to find the safest and most effective amount. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the drug shows any early signs of helping control the cancer.
