Summary
This study tests a drug called isatuximab in adults with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard treatment. About 40 participants will receive isatuximab alongside chemotherapy to see if it helps eliminate leukemia cells from the bone marrow or blood. The goal is to improve remission rates and gather data for future treatment strategies.
