Summary
This study tests whether the drug isatuximab, given alone or with lenalidomide, can control or shrink the signs of smoldering multiple myeloma in people at high risk of developing active disease. About 61 participants receive the treatment to see if it delays progression and improves outcomes. The goal is to manage the condition and prevent it from worsening.
