Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (isatuximab, carfilzomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) in 30 adults whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease and extend survival.
