Summary
This study tests whether a single iron infusion (ferric carboxymaltose) can safely raise hemoglobin levels in 330 adults with advanced stomach cancer who have iron-deficiency anemia and are starting palliative chemotherapy. The goal is to see if treating the anemia helps patients feel better and tolerate their cancer treatment more effectively.
