Summary
This study tests two oral iron treatments, Sucrosomial® Iron and Ferric Maltol, in 146 women with mild to moderate iron deficiency anemia. Participants take one of the two supplements for 12 weeks to see which is better at raising hemoglobin levels and is easier on the stomach. The goal is to find a more tolerable option that helps women stick with treatment.
