Tiny greens, big iron: new study tests microgreen smoothies for Women's health

Summary
This study explores whether eating iron-biofortified microgreens can improve iron levels in women. Thirty healthy women (15 of reproductive age and 15 postmenopausal) will drink smoothies made with these special greens every day for 28 days. Researchers will measure changes in iron biomarkers and diet to see if this simple food-based approach works.
