First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether eating iron-enriched microgreens can improve iron levels in women. Thirty healthy women (15 of childbearing age and 15 postmenopausal) will drink smoothies with these microgreens every day for 28 days. Researchers will measure changes in iron biomarkers and diet to see if this simple food-based approach works.
