NCT ID NCT03961880

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study involved 270 women with early-stage breast cancer to see how a genetic test called OncotypeDX influences treatment choices. The test gives a score that predicts the risk of cancer returning and whether chemotherapy would help. Researchers also checked if the score was linked to cancer cells found in the bone marrow. The goal was to better understand how to personalize treatment for each patient.
