Can a simple mouth device help stroke survivors swallow again?

Summary
This study tests whether a hand-held mouth exercise device called IQoro can improve swallowing in 100 adults who have had a stroke. Participants will either use the device plus standard care, or standard care alone. The goal is to see if the device strengthens mouth and throat muscles to make swallowing safer and easier.
