Job support study aims to boost employment for those with mental illness

Summary
This study looks at two methods to help people with severe mental disorders get jobs: the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, which offers quick job searches and ongoing support, versus standard help from social workers. Researchers will measure which approach is more cost-effective in France. About 234 unemployed adults who want to work will take part.
