New drug IPN01195 tested in patients with advanced cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called IPN01195 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and no longer respond to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 85 people will take part in two phases: first to check safety, then to measure effectiveness.
