Summary
This study follows 1,423 adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) for up to two years to see how the disease progresses naturally. Researchers will track events like flare-ups, hospital stays, and deaths, and test new ways to measure disease activity. No treatments are given or changed—this is purely an observation study to better understand IPF.
