This study follows 1,423 adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) for up to two years to learn how the disease naturally progresses. Researchers will track events like sudden worsening, hospital stays, and deaths. The goal is to better understand IPF patterns, not to test a new treatment.
