First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug ipatasertib to standard immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) can help control recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer better than immunotherapy alone. About 52 adults with incurable squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck will take part. The goal is to see if the combination slows cancer growth and is safe.
