Summary
This study looks at whether giving two specific nerve blocks (iPACK and adductor canal blocks) during arthroscopic knee surgery helps patients recover better and have less pain. About 64 adults aged 18 to 50 having knee surgery will take part. The goal is to see if these blocks improve quality of recovery and reduce the need for painkillers.
