Summary

This study tests whether adding iPACK and adductor canal blocks to standard pain management improves recovery quality after arthroscopic knee surgery. About 64 adults aged 18-50 will receive these nerve blocks, and their recovery will be measured using a questionnaire and painkiller use. The goal is to reduce pain and speed up recovery.
