New nerve block combo aims to ease pain after knee surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding two nerve blocks (iPACK and adductor canal block) to standard pain control helps people recover better after arthroscopic knee surgery. About 64 adults aged 18-50 will be enrolled. The main goal is to see if these blocks improve overall recovery quality and reduce the need for painkillers.
