Summary

This study tests a personalized system using a smart wristband and mobile app to help heart failure patients increase physical activity and reduce sitting time. The system sets custom exercise goals based on each person's heart rate and provides real-time feedback and motivation. About 82 adults with heart failure will participate, and the study will measure how well they stick to their activity plans and any changes in heart function.
