Summary
This study tests a smart home system that uses lights, sounds, and a phone app to deliver insomnia therapy to older adults at home. The goal is to improve sleep and thinking skills. 180 people aged 65 and older with insomnia will use either the smart system, a sleep app, or sleep tips for comparison.
