Radiation-boosted CAR-T therapy targets stubborn lymphoma in new trial

NCT ID NCT06768905

First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a targeted radiation drug (131I-Apamistamab) before standard CAR-T cell therapy can safely improve outcomes for people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 30 adults will receive the radiation dose followed by a commercial CAR-T infusion. The main goals are to check safety and see how many patients achieve complete remission.
