Summary
This study tests two different needle insertion spots (2mm vs 2.5mm from the edge of the clear part of the eye) during a special lens implant surgery for children aged 4-18 with congenital ectopia lentis, a condition where the eye's natural lens is out of place. The goal is to see which spot gives better vision correction, fewer complications, and more precise lens positioning three months after surgery. The results will help eye surgeons choose the safest and most effective technique for these young patients.
