Summary
This study tests two different needle insertion spots (2mm vs 2.5mm from the eye's edge) for a special lens implant surgery in children aged 4-18 with congenital ectopia lentis, a condition where the eye's natural lens is out of place. The goal is to see which spot gives better vision correction and fewer complications. 54 participants will be followed for 3 months after surgery.
