Summary
This study tested a new oral drug called IOA-289, alone and with standard chemotherapy, in 16 people with metastatic pancreatic cancer. The main goal was to find safe doses and understand side effects. Researchers also looked at how the drug moves in the body and any signs of tumor shrinkage.
