First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether a planned two-step procedure for treating completely blocked heart arteries is safer and more effective than a single long procedure. About 200 adults with high-risk blockages will be enrolled. The approach aims to reduce complications and improve success rates by splitting the procedure into two shorter sessions.
