Summary
This study looks back at medical records to understand how common and severe side effects are after patients receive a single morphine injection into the spine for surgery pain. Researchers will review data from 600 adults who had this procedure to learn more about risks like breathing problems, itching, and nausea. The goal is to better understand the safety of this pain management technique to help doctors use it more effectively.
