Summary
This study looks at whether using an MRI scanner during brain surgery helps surgeons remove brain metastases more completely. About 154 adults who need surgery for brain tumors will take part. The goal is to see if this advanced imaging leads to better outcomes and fewer repeat procedures, while also checking for any added risks.
