Summary

This early study tests the safety of a nasal spray made from tiny particles (extracellular vesicles) derived from umbilical cord stem cells in 9 people who had an ischemic stroke. The goal is to see if it is safe and if it might help the brain heal. Participants must be between 18 and 70 years old and within 24 hours to 14 days of their stroke.
