5-Day therapy blitz aims to rapidly ease teen trauma
NCT ID NCT07052474
Summary
This study is testing whether a condensed, 5-day intensive therapy program is a practical and helpful way to treat PTSD in teenagers. The program combines several established therapy techniques, physical activity, and support for parents, all packed into one week. Researchers want to see if this approach is feasible, acceptable to therapists and patients, and if it leads to a reduction in PTSD symptoms.
