5-Day blitz therapy aims to crush teen PTSD
NCT ID NCT07052474
Summary
This study is testing a new, faster way to treat PTSD in teenagers. It packs therapy, exercise, and parent support into a 5-day intensive program, instead of weekly sessions over many months. The goal is to see if this condensed approach is practical, acceptable to therapists and teens, and can reduce PTSD symptoms quickly. It's a small pilot study with 20 participants to gather initial information before planning a larger trial.
