This pilot study tests a 4-week intensive version of dialectical behavior therapy (I-DBT) for 12 teens aged 14-18 who self-harm or have suicidal thoughts. The goal is to see if the shorter program is feasible and helps reduce self-harm, suicide attempts, and depression. Researchers will use feedback to improve the therapy before larger studies.
