Summary
This study is testing a shorter, more intensive version of a proven therapy for teenagers who hurt themselves or have suicidal thoughts. The goal is to see if a condensed 4-week program is practical and can help reduce self-harm and improve well-being. The study will involve 8-12 teens and their caregivers to gather feedback before wider testing.
