Could a faster switch to stronger meds change schizophrenia care?

Summary
This study tests whether giving a more intensive treatment plan earlier can help people with schizophrenia whose first medication failed. About 418 adults will receive either the intensified treatment or usual care for six weeks. The goal is to see if this approach reduces symptoms better and prevents unnecessary hospital stays.
