Summary
This study will test a new intelligent system that combines continuous blood pressure monitoring, brain blood flow measurements, and ECG to improve diagnosis of orthostatic hypotension (a drop in blood pressure upon standing). The system aims to classify the condition more precisely and predict risks like falls. Researchers will collect data from 2000 adults with Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, or diabetes who may have this condition.
