Summary
This study is testing a package of non-drug treatments like acupuncture, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy to help manage chronic back and neck pain. It involves 125 military service members, veterans, and their families who receive care at Nellis Air Force Base. The main goal is to see if these integrative approaches can reduce pain, improve function, and potentially decrease the need for opioid pain medications.
