Korean medicine combo tested for stubborn back and leg pain

Summary

This study looks at whether integrative Korean medicine (a mix of traditional treatments) can safely reduce pain and improve walking and quality of life in people with low back pain or sciatica caused by lumbar stenosis or spondylolisthesis. About 110 adults with moderate to severe pain will receive treatment at three Korean medicine hospitals. Researchers will track changes in pain, disability, and walking ability over 4 months.
