Summary
This study tested whether a special muscle relaxation technique (integrated neuromuscular inhibition) could help women with cervicogenic headache, a headache that starts from the neck. Forty women took part; all received standard medical care, but half also got the extra muscle treatment. The goal was to see if it lowered headache pain and improved neck muscle endurance.
